The Shade

to walk through the shade
a piece of darkness unveiled
there’s always a sign of light
in the farthest distance of sight
yet the heart doesn’t always have the might
to bear this light

berjalan menembus bayang
selapis kegelapan tersingkap
selalu ada tanda cahaya di sana
di ujung jarak pandang terjauh
namun hati tak selalu memiliki kekuatan
‘tuk menahan cahaya ini
