Cultured Vultures

Setiap minggu, Cultured Vultures mengadakan kompetisi puisi yang terbuka bagi semua orang. Puisi pemenang akan dipublikasikan setiap Senin dan akan ditayangkan di website Cultured Vultures sebagai bagian sejarah.

Tidak ada biaya pendaftaran, yang berarti tidak akan ada hadiah untuk pemenang -setidaknya untuk saat ini. Jika berhasil diterima, puisimu akan dilihat dan dibaca oleh ribuan pengunjung. Pemenang kedua dan ketiga juga akan dipublikasikan. Tak ada tempat lain yang lebih tepat agar suara puitismu didengar.

KETENTUAN:

– Tiga puisi karyamu (dalam bahasa Inggris tentunya)
– Biodata ringkas tentang dirimu
– Belum pernah dipublikasikan dimanapun kecuali social media dan personal blog (harap kontak bila tak yakin)
– Kirimkan karyamu ke info@culturedvultures.com
– Kirim karyamu sebelum Sabtu tengah malam agar puisimu masuk Penjurian pada minggu yang sama. Semua kiriman yang melewati batas waktu akan diikutsertakan pada periode minggu berikutnya (catatan Poetry Prairie: untuk mengantisipasi perbedaan waktu, sebaiknya kirim puisimu lebih cepat)
– Kiriman puisi idealnya dalam format plain text dalam satu email
– Tak ada pendaftar yang dapat menang lebih dari dua kali dalam jangka waktu enam bulan.

Itu saja syaratnya. Jika kamu menyertakan foto, pastikan license-free. Setiap karya, hak cipta tetap ada di penulis. CV mungkin merilis eBook gratis dengan karya pemenang di dalamnya, jadi hubungi kalau kamu berminat.

Jika kamu sudah mengirim dan belum mendapat kabar dari CV, kemungkinan puisimu tidak masuk tiga besar tapi kamu dipersilakan mengirim puisi lagi.

Poem Of The Week

There’s no entrance fee, which means that there will be no prize for the winner – at least for the time being. If successful, your poem will be seen by an attentive audience of thousands. Second and third place finishers will also be published. There aren’t many better places to have your poetic voice heard.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Three poems of your choice.
– A small bio about yourself
– Not published elsewhere on the web apart from social media or your personal blog(please contact to discuss if unsure).
– You can submit as often as you like.
– Submit by midnight every Saturday to have your work judged for that week’s contest. Any submissions after this will be carried forward to the next competition.
– Submit ideally as plain text in a single email
– No entrant can win more than twice within the space of six months

That’s it. If you include images with your submissions, please make sure they are license-free. We will not hold copyright of any of your work, it will remain your own. We may release a free eBook with some of our winners involved in the future, let us know if you would be interested in this.
